Russian Siberian Forest Cats are a wonderful medium to long-hair breed of cat.
Similar to the Norwegian Forest Cat, Siberians are friendly, intelligent, curious and agile cats. They very much enjoy being around their human companions - be they adult or children - and are known to get along well with other cats and dogs too.
Siberians are believed to be hypoallergenic as individuals with cat allergies are known to be able to live with a Siberian cat in their home. So, if you are a cat lover but could never have one because of your allergies, then a Siberian might be the cat for you. Of course, these wonderful cats are great for just about anyone.

Say hello to "Nicholas" - a magnificent male with a beige coat and a fantastic personality. Nicholas comes from a recent litter of my incredible female queen named Lucy. Lucy has a lovely personality ? she is affectionate, loves to be pet, and both purrs and makes a special chirping noise too.
All of Lucy's kittens from previous litters have had wonderful personalities just like their mom ? and her most recent, which includes Nicholas, is no different. Nicholas is very playful, loves to be pet and be around his human friends and other cats too. And he loves to purr a soothing purr when you pet him! In fact, I tell people that Nicholas "purrs on contact."
Besides his great personality, Nicholas has the unique distinction of being "red" Russian Siberian ? a characteristic that is often sought after but not easy to find in this breed - making him extra special!
